Fiona Webster
National Manager Interim Pty Ltd

Fiona is Interim's National Manager. She has been in pivotal client, participant and project management roles with Interim since early 2001 and prior to that in the design, multimedia and retail industries. A graduate of Charles Sturt University, Fiona brings insight, empathy and intuition to her dealings with clients and program participants, as well as managing client reporting and feedback across the country.

Fiona has worked with over 100 clients of Interim over the last seven years and has worked with over twenty Sydney Interim coaches/psychologists, plus Interim's representatives in the capital cities, regional locations and offshore. She is the main point of contact for Career Partners International of which Interim is an international Partner and is one of the main contacts for Vedior, our parent company. She has excellent interpersonal skills, pays keen attention to detail, has strong organisational skills and excellent knowledge of the business.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design), Charles Sturt University; Australian College of Applied Psychology, currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Counselling (completed Conflict Management, Counselling Skills 1 and 2, Counselling Methods 1 and 2, Self-Esteem and Motivation, Mental Health Issues, Counselling in Loss, Organisational Behavior, Managing in Ambiguity and Change); NLP, University of Sydney; CBT, University of Sydney; attended full lecture series by Professor Robert Spillane on "Introduction to Psychology" and "Introduction to Philosophy" at AGNSW. She also attends regular seminars on psychology related topics to broaden her professional development.



Kellie Gaeta

Kellie Gaeta is a Registered Psychologist with areas of specialisation including psychometric assessment, emotional intelligence, team and leadership development programs, assessment and development centres, coaching, training, multisource appraisal systems, and recruitment design.

Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Masters of Organisational Psychology as well as her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA). Additionally, Kellie is a Member of Australian Human Resource Institute as well as holding an Executive Chair position in the New South Wales division of the College of Organisational Psychologist.

Joining Jarrah Consulting in April 2005, Kellie took on the role as Organisational Psychologist in which she has now progressed to Operations Manager. She believes in forming strong relationships with her clients to ensure customised solutions focusing on contemporary psychological research combined with business practices are designed and delivered to meet needs and provide successful outcomes.
